Kelsie gave us a grocery list of healthy snacks. I added to it and created the list below. Some of the cracker snacks she listed were the fat free varieties, but I'm not sure that is always good. I have noticed that if it is fat free, sometimes the sugar content is higher, so be sure to read labels before you buy.
I recommend using natural peanut butter. I like the Adams 100% Natural peanut butter. Be sure to open the jar and poor off the oil before you store it in the refrigerator! This makes it hard to spread sometimes, but if you microwave the measured amount for a few seconds it softens nicely.
Like in all things moderation is important. Remember to measure out a serving size!
