I'm trying for a variety of healthier foods. I pinned this salad a while ago and decide to give it a try. It has a tangy bite to it, if you like that sort of a thing. Try putting a couple spoonfuls in a whole wheat tortilla with a bit of shredded chicken and mexi cheese.
